Unfortunately, we are not providing this service. A brand is more than just a logo. All projects include a logo design, but also a creative direction, logo variations, colours and typography. These are the foundation which will assure you to have consistency throughout your communication.

Yes! We have a list of services, but if you’re after something else please ask. Before any extra work is undertaken you’ll be sent a quote so there are no surprise costs at the end of the project.

This is your brand, and chances are you understand it better than anyone. We’ll be guided by the brand goals you set out through each phase of the design process to make sure we get it right.

Yes, of course, we are working with customers worldwide, as long as they speak English fluently. We also speak French, don’t hesitate to say bonjour! Please note that our opening hours are in GMT, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.

Yes, we do!
First of all, we take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, and the remaining payment is due at the end of the project prior to the final files being handed over.
If you are interested in a larger package including a website, we can discuss tailored payment plans, such as a 30% deposit and the rest paid in instalments.

Your website hasn’t been updated for years and you are a bit ashamed of it? We feel you. We can work on a fresh new website design for you if you have an already well-establish branding, with a full logo suite, typography and colour palette.

After we’ve had a discovery call we’ll send through a custom quote and project proposal, including a timeline with specific dates.

At the end of the project, you’ll receive a link to a shared folder with all finalised files in the appropriate formats. This could include JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF and EPS.

The monthly running cost of your website on Squarespace or Shopify is not included in our price, and neither is technical support. The domain name and a subscription will need to be purchased by you before the site is built.

After a workshop and mood board approved by you, we present two unique concepts and we are offering 2 rounds of revisions for the direction you have chosen. However, if you feel that you need to refine the concept further, we can do how many revisions you’d like, but each round will have an additional cost charged.
